Fini is now available in the Microsoft Marketplace. Banks, fintechs, insurers, and healthcare providers can discover, buy, and deploy Fini's autonomous AI support agent directly on Microsoft Azure.

For the industries that hold customer money, coverage, and health records, this is the moment AI support becomes a decision they can actually make.

Why this matters for regulated teams

Regulated enterprises have watched generic AI arrive in customer support and mostly kept it at arm's length. The risk was real. An AI that invents a policy, surfaces the wrong customer's data, or gives a confident answer the rules do not support creates exposure that a compliance team cannot sign off on.

So the question was never whether AI could help. It was whether a regulated buyer could trust it, procure it, and run it inside the environment their auditors already understand.

Being in the Microsoft Marketplace, running on Azure, answers that question at the level where it actually gets decided.

What being in the Marketplace means

Microsoft customers can now find Fini in the Marketplace and deploy it through the path they already use for trusted cloud software. Fini counts as MACC-eligible spend and arrives through a single Microsoft contract and invoice.

For a regulated buyer, that removes the slowest part of adopting anything new. There is no separate vendor onboarding, no fresh security questionnaire to route through legal, and no budget conversation outside the Azure commitment that already exists.

Evaluation and production happen in the same place the team already manages its Azure estate.

Inside your Azure tenant

Fini runs inside your Azure tenant with Entra ID, Microsoft Sentinel, Private Link and VNet, and customer-managed keys

Fini runs on Microsoft Azure and Azure OpenAI Service, inside the customer's own tenant. It authenticates through Entra ID and Conditional Access, streams telemetry to Azure Monitor and Sentinel, and connects over Private Link and VNet. Encryption uses customer-managed keys.

That architecture answers the first question every regulated security team asks: where does our data go. With Fini, the reasoning models run where the customer's data already lives.

The controls the security team already operates in Azure extend to the support agent, with nothing shipped to a third party for processing.

What the agent does

The Fini agent loop: Intent, Knowledge, Action, Guardrails, and Learning

Fini does the work a support team does. It reads intent, sentiment, and urgency, finds the relevant policy, and then takes the action the ticket needs: a refund, a KYC check, a dispute, an account update.

Those actions are deterministic. Given the same inputs and the same policy, Fini takes the same step every time, which is the behavior an auditor expects to see.

Every resolution runs through one loop. Read the intent, check the policy in the knowledge layer, take the action, apply the guardrails, and learn from the gap. Fini proposes improvements from the tickets it could not fully resolve, a reviewer approves them, and the agent keeps getting more accurate on its own.

What Microsoft and Fini are saying

Regulated enterprises have long faced a choice between scaling support and avoiding regulatory risk, where one wrong answer about a refund or a coverage decision can turn into a lawsuit or a headline. Deepak Singla, Fini's co-founder and CEO, casts the Microsoft launch as the end of that choice.

Microsoft frames the Marketplace as the way trusted, Azure-certified software reaches customers worldwide. Cyril Belikoff, vice president of Microsoft Azure Product Marketing, sees Fini as part of that.

Built for the most regulated environments

Fini holds the compliance posture regulated buyers require before they put AI in front of a customer: SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001, HIPAA-compliant, BAA-eligible, GDPR, and CCPA. PII redaction is always on. Every interaction is logged for audit.

This is the layer most generic AI deployments skip, and the reason so few of them survive a review in banking, insurance, or healthcare.

FAQs

How do I deploy Fini through Microsoft Marketplace?

Find Fini in the Microsoft Marketplace, review it under your existing security process, and deploy it on Azure. It counts as MACC-eligible spend and arrives through a single Microsoft contract and invoice, with no separate vendor onboarding.

Does Fini run on my own Azure tenant?

Yes. Fini runs on Microsoft Azure and Azure OpenAI Service inside your tenant, authenticates through Entra ID and Conditional Access, and connects over Private Link and VNet. Encryption uses customer-managed keys, so your data stays where it already lives.

Is Fini compliant enough for banking, insurance, and healthcare?

Fini holds SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001, HIPAA-compliant and BAA-eligible status, GDPR, and CCPA. PII redaction is always on and every interaction is logged for audit, which is what regulated buyers need before deploying AI in production.

What kinds of tickets can Fini resolve on its own?

Fini resolves support across voice, chat, and email, and takes real actions like refunds, KYC checks, disputes, and account updates. It works from your actual policies, so answers stay consistent with the rules your compliance team already approved.
