  1. Overview

The Fini Zero Pay Guarantee allows eligible enterprises to deploy Fini risk-free for the first 90 days. If performance benchmarks are not achieved, customers may cancel and owe nothing for that period.

  1. Eligibility

To qualify, customers must:

  • Be a new Fini enterprise customer.

  • Handle 1M+ annual tickets across digital support channels.

  • Deploy Fini on one of our supported platforms (Zendesk, Salesforce, Intercom, HubSpot, LiveChat, or equivalent).

  • Allow at least 100,000 AI-handled interactions during the 90-day period for statistically valid benchmarking.

  1. Performance Criteria

Guarantee coverage applies if:

  • Automated resolution rate is below 80% of eligible queries.

  • AI-driven CSAT does not outperform human agent CSAT.

  • Average first response time is above 30 seconds across AI-handled tickets.

  1. Scope & Limitations

Guarantee applies only to Fini subscription fees for the initial 90-day deployment.

  • Excluded: third-party integration costs, professional services, and add-ons.

  • Guarantee can only be claimed once per enterprise.

  • Non-eligible: customers on pilots, promotional discounts, or reseller bundles.

  • Categories excluded: highly manual cases (fraud reviews, legal escalations, account-specific regulatory disputes).

  1. Refund & Claims Process

If benchmarks are not met, Fini will waive or refund fees for the first 90 days.

  • Customers may choose refund via original payment method or service credits.

  • Claims must be submitted within 30 business days after the 90-day period ends.

  • Refunds are contingent on good-faith participation in deployment and data sharing.

  1. Legal Notice

The Zero Pay Guarantee is a promotional program, non-negotiable.

  • Fini reserves the right to suspend, modify, or terminate the program at any time.

  • Standard Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Data Processing Addendum continue to apply.
